Cutting directions and Supplies: This one is fairly easy because it’s mostly die cutting.
Card base is the usual 8.5″ x 5.5″, scored at 4.25″ on the long side or simply fold in half as I did in the video, Night of Navy.
Two scraps for the balloon and the sentiment strip; cut balloon from card stock or watercolor paper (used the 2nd to largest balloon) – Balloon Festoon bundle
2nd scrap of white for the sentiment from Paradise Garden
Inside layer is 4″ x 5.25″.
