About Me!

Hello all my wonderful stampin’ friends:

I live in Alaska. My primary residence is in Palmer, Alaska where I have a one bedroom cabin that my sister and I built. Mostly my sister, if the truth be told, but I follow directions very well…hehe!!

During the school year, I live and work in the FAR, FAR north in an apartment right next to the school where I teach. Currently, I teach 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade in one class. I’ve been teaching in the village for 4 years and anticipate that I’ll be retiring this year, give or take. The school here has 56 students K-12, 5 teachers, 2 high school teachers and 3 elementary. We also have a principal, her secretary (who is studying to be a teacher – I’m her mentor), a cook, a janitor and a maintenance guy. We have the best school in the district! Just sayin’!

I have been a Stampin’ Up demonstrator for 5 years. I LOVE teaching card making, scrapbooking, making 3D objects, and all kinds of techniques working with paper. When I’m in the Valley (where my house is) I teach an in-home class at least 2 or more times a month. If I’m in the village I also teach a paper crafting class but do not sell supplies in that class.
