May 23, 2023 (Stampin Up Updates)
We’re excited to share a significant change to our North American distribution center—we’re upgrading to a new warehouse management system! Our first full day using the new system is 22 May.
This is an important change for several reasons; here are just a few:
Of course, every change comes with a learning curve. Our employees have already begun training with the new system, but it’s possible there may be minor shipping delays shortly after launch. It’s also possible that we may experience small system bugs as we move everything over. We’ve been testing on weekends and are working to prepare as best we can, and we’re confident it won’t take long before everything is running smoothly.
IMPORTANT: As part of the preparation for launch, within the next couple of weeks we will begin routing orders to our new system. Until the new system is fully in place, the status of these orders will continue to show as “submitted” rather than updating to “in picking”. Despite the unchanged status, your order will continue through the normal process. Once we have moved everything to the new system, order status updates will return to normal.
We’re committed to a successful launch and will do everything we can to make it as seamless as possible.

Are you a Stampin’ Up Fan? You probably know I love Stampin’ Up and can talk about our products, merchandise, and creating at most any time. Just wanted to take a moment to say Thank You to those who’ve joined MY 2023-2025 In Color Club! It is going to be a blast!
